We shall send you a confirmation that we have received your registration and inform the total amount due for that course/s.

When and how do I access my course?
After we have received and verified your payment we shall send an email containing your username and password. You can immediately start accessing the course through the "start training" link.
What requirements do I need to access the course?
All you need is an Internet browser (Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator) for elearning Internet access.

Do I get a certification after I have finished the course?
Yapster e-learning provides certification after you have accomplished the post assessment or after you have successfully completed the course. You may choose to include your score.
We will provide you a weekly report so you will be aware of your progress. We would also be happy to attend to any questions you may have regarding the course/s. We carefully monitor the progress of each of our e-learner.
What if I forget my password?

Who are your course credentials?
Yapster e-Learning's content come from leading industry experts. For example, if you choose Microsoft courses, the content you learn have been accredited, tested and most times even used by the vendor themselves.
Locally, TESDA is one of our accrediting bodies. CHED has also recognized our courses for the Philippine tertiary level education.
Aside from a certificate, how do I get global certification?
Yapster e-Learning, Inc. is a certified Sylvan Prometric Testing Center in the Philippines offering certification exams for the IT courses.
Here are the steps to take the exam certification:
1. Take the curriculum you wish to be certified in.
2. After finishing the curriculum, call 893-1111 and look for Ms. Donna Lagartija. She will arrange payment and schedule you for a certification exam.
3. Pass the exam and you become certified internationally.
